Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote locations. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Our Return Commitment

We stand behind every product in our collections, from durable Alpine melamine to exquisite Asteria glassware. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened foodservice items from our APS Germany or Arcoroc professional lines
  • Customized pieces from our Augusta or American Rose collections

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name (e.g., Arcadia dinner plate or Allure glass set)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • For exchanges: confirmation of product availability (e.g., Alaska Series colors in stock)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Repackage items securely in their original packaging with all protective materials, especially for fragile collections like Artefact or Alexa. Include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your invoice
  • RMA number clearly visible

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund is processed
  • Your exchange is shipped (using your preferred shipping method)
  • If there are any issues with the returned items

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For free EMS shipping orders over $50, a $12.95 deduction will apply.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability in our Adelaide or American Basics collections. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

For international exchanges (excluding restricted Asian regions), additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged Arctic glassware or incorrect Argyle patterns, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
